Service Technician

This position installs, upgrades, maintains, repairs and provides diagnostic analysis on various water treatment equipment. Service technicians work with state-of-the-art technology and interact with customers on a continuous basis.

Industrial Service Representative


Ultrapure commercial and industrial sales representatives have the excellent opportunity to join an organization whose focus is improving the lives of our customers through quality water. These employees enjoy challenging, unique work and help customers to troubleshoot a wide range of water treatment issues with innovative, exciting solutions.

Customer Service Representative


Ultrapure customer service employees are the best of the best. If you have high energy and a passion for helping others, then customer service is for you. Ultrapure customer service representatives don’t just answer phones all day long, they dispatch and route field service techs, manage accounts receivables, collect outstanding accounts receivable dollars, resolve billing problems and of course provide superior service to some of the greatest customers in the world.

Administrative Assistant


Ultrapure administrative assistants provide important support to the organization by processing customer requests, as well as analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This position also ensures that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained across accounts. Day-to-day office tasks include but are not limited to account billing, month-end reporting, accounts receivable, payables, customer retention, service and route management, as well as other tasks as assigned by office supervisors.
