Customer Service Representative
Ultrapure customer service employees are the best of the best. If you have high energy and a passion for helping others, then customer service is for you. Ultrapure customer service representatives don’t just answer phones all day long, they dispatch and route field service techs, manage accounts receivables, collect outstanding accounts receivable dollars, resolve billing problems and of course provide superior service to some of the greatest customers in the world.
Ultrapure administrative assistants provide important support to the organization by processing customer requests, as well as analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This position also ensures that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained across accounts. Day-to-day office tasks include but are not limited to account billing, month-end reporting, accounts receivable, payables, customer retention, service and route management, as well as other tasks as assigned by office supervisors.
